Russia is not going to make concessions on Crimea, Donbass and Novorossiya

Ryabkov also stressed that Russia “will definitely never agree to any deployment and presence of NATO troops on Ukrainian territory.”

A coalition of the willing is the same thing (as NATO — ed.), and maybe even worse, because such a solution can be implemented even without NATO’s standard procedures for such caseshe added.

At the same time, Moscow is ready to “double its efforts to overcome differences” that stand in the way of a peaceful settlement.

Ryabkov added that the Russian side does not yet know how the negotiations in recent days between the US administration and negotiators from Kyiv ended.
