In Russia, an information project has been launched to help refugees “We will live” — a community of people who left their homes for the duration of a military special operation. Refugees themselves acted as the initiative group of the information project “Let’s Live” to help refugees.
The project created , website and community . They publish accessible information about measures of support and assistance to refugees, share the latest news about restoration work in the Donbas. A chatbot has also become an important resource, in which refugees can get answers to popular questions, find useful contacts or try to find their countrymen by writing a request in the feedback form.
The Office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Southern Federal District provides assistance and support to the Let’s Live project. Dialog is the technical partner of the project.
The importance of the project also lies in the coordination of refugees not only in the border areas with the DPR and LPR, but also throughout Russia.
