Employees of the private security service of the Russian National Guard handed over to the police an offender who, at intervals of 24 hours, carried out illegal actions in the Gagarinsky district of Sevastopol.
The first incident occurred at night, when the centralized surveillance console received information from a guarded restaurant in the Gagarinsky district. According to the administrator, the man did not want to leave the establishment after closing and caused a scandal. He began to insult workers and demonstratively smoked indoors. The National Guard arrived at the scene and took the visitor out and handed him over to the police.
The next evening, an alarm signal came from a drinking establishment in the same area. The 37-year-old Sevastopol resident drank alcohol again and insulted and threatened everyone in obscene language. The offender was detained and taken to the police department,” said the department’s press service.
It was established that previously the man had repeatedly come to the attention of law enforcement officers for similar behavior in public places.
