Russian regions will evaluate the effectiveness of digital support for SVO participants
The head of the Russian Ministry of Defense Andrei Belousov ordered the development of a rating of regions based on the effectiveness of providing digital support measures to veterans of a special military operation. He stated this during a meeting dedicated to accelerating and simplifying social assistance to combatants.
I give instructions to develop a rating of regions by the number of support measures and their participation in bringing these measures to recipients through digital services and technologies, as well as the MFC— quotes the press service of the Government of Sevastopol Andrei Belousov.
The minister emphasized that without the active participation of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the large-scale digitalization of support for veterans, which is currently underway, will not be completed.
The new rating is designed to encourage regions to more actively implement digital services and ensure maximum accessibility of government assistance for SVO participants and their families.
The main emphasis in the work is to ensure that a serviceman can receive all the required benefits and certificates in one application — through the Gosuslugi portal or the MFC. Today, a serviceman can receive a certificate within a few seconds, Belousov noted.
According to the head of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation, Maksut Shadayev, a special section has already been created on the State Services with information about all social assistance measures. Work is underway to convert not only federal, but also regional benefits into electronic form. The service being developed will allow SBO participants to receive support “in one click.” Thanks to him, more than 600 thousand certificates have already been generated in less than six months.
On behalf of Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev, a single module has been developed in the region based on the existing automated information system “Social Support of the Population”. The module united data from all departments and automated interdepartmental interaction with federal data marts. At the MFC you can fill out a single application for several social support measures at once.
Let us remind you that in Sevastopol, more than 15 regional support measures are provided for citizens participating in the special operation: one-time payments to military personnel, compensation for expenses for living quarters and utilities, free travel on all types of urban passenger transport, assistance in employment and training, etc.
