Sergei Aksyonov: “About a thousand objects are being sold with funds received from the nationalization of property”
The Head of the Republic of Crimea discussed the current situation on the construction and repair of social infrastructure and landscaping with the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Yuri Gotsanyuk and Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Nikolai Vorobyov. Sergei Aksyonov recalled that more than 1,600 different projects are currently being implemented in the republic.
About a thousand objects are being implemented using funds received from the nationalization of property of Ukrainian citizens who support the Kiev regime. We allocated 6.9 billion rubles for landscaping, local areas, cultural institutions, sports facilities, water supply networks and more. More than 600 more projects are being carried out as part of the budget program on behalf of President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin and the Russian Government,” noted the Head of Crimea.
At the same time, work on the bulk of objects is being carried out according to schedules.
All processes are monitored weekly, and if they fall behind the plan – on a daily basis. Our key task is to deliver the facilities on time and fulfill all the promises given to the Crimeans. If the measures are not implemented on time, an internal audit will be initiated against the responsible officials. I am sure that almost any delays from schedules are subjective.said the Head of the Republic.
Sergei Aksenov emphasized that almost all planned work will be completed by the end of this year. An exception has been made for some objects: the reconstruction of the embankment in the village of Koktebel must be completed by the beginning of the 2026 tourist season; In the first quarter of next year, it is planned to complete the installation of two sports and recreation complexes in the village of Molodezhnoe, Simferopol district, and the village of Voikovo, Pervomaisky district. In the first quarter of next year, it is planned to complete the improvement of the Maxim Gorky embankment and the renovation of the stadium of the Yuri Gagarin Sports Palace in Yevpatoria, and to install two modular sports halls in Simferopol and the Saki district, which are being implemented through the allocation of additional funds.
There is a delay from schedule — within a week — for the overhaul of a medical outpatient clinic in the Krasnoperekopsky district and a clinic in the Leninsky district. Sergey Aksyonov pointed out the need to eliminate deadline violations manually.
In addition, the Head of Crimea instructed the Deputy Prime Ministers of the Government of the Republic of Crimea to go to the municipalities under their supervision next week to update the list of thousands of adjacent areas of apartment buildings that are planned to be put in order within three years. Priority is given to the most populated and problematic yards. At the same time, Sergei Aksyonov noted that following the results of the three-year program, not a single territory will be left without attention.
Separately, the Head of the Republic focused on the issue of developing technical specifications for the repair and construction of facilities. Sergey Aksyonov emphasized the importance of saving money — at least 15% — when preparing technical specifications by unifying the materials and structures used, and replicating already successfully completed projects. As a result, this will allow for more activities to be carried out. Thus, a draft instruction has already been prepared on organizing the work of the examination and customers, interaction with municipal authorities and resource supply organizations.
Another topic was the organization of street lighting. Sergei Aksyonov ordered that appropriate plans be drawn up for all municipalities.
These activities must be fully completed by the end of next year. People should feel safe and live in comfort. At the same time, the Simferopol district, as the least illuminated municipality, will be allocated an additional 50 million rubles this year for these purposes. In two years it is necessary to complete the lighting work in Simferopol, – the Head of Crimea gave instructions.
Sergei Aksyonov also focused on the issue of water supply to the population. Work to provide residents of the Bakhchisaray district with clean drinking water has been approved for three years, and plans have also been defined for the Belogorsk district. The situation in Dzhankoysky, Krasnoperekopsky, Pervomaisky, and Simferopol districts is under discussion.
According to Yuri Gotsanyuk, by the end of this year work will be completed on 236 courtyards and public areas, including sports and children’s playgrounds.
Current and major repairs have already been completed at 146 educational, sports and cultural facilities.
Work on additional lighting of 200 streets in 30 settlements of the republic has been completed.
The construction and repair of water supply systems in 10 settlements, as well as the drilling of wells in the Dzhankoy and Simferopol regions are in the process of completion.
As part of a separate order, repair work is being completed at 90 entrances of Yalta apartment buildings.
By the end of 2025, seven sports and recreation centers will be put into operation in different municipalities, and the construction of 20 gyms and 4 outdoor sports grounds will be completed.
As Nikolai Vorobyov reported, in total this year in the field of education it is planned to complete work on 263 objects. Of these, the most significant are: four kindergartens in Sudak, Feodosia, the village of Amurskoye, Krasnogvardeisky district and the village of Lechebnoye, Belogorsk district, and three schools in Feodosia (for 800 places), the village of Ukromnoye, Simferopol region (for 600 places) and Simferopol (for 500 places).
In the healthcare sector, construction and installation work is underway at 191 facilities, 172 are planned to be completed this year, including the construction of two clinics — on Balaklavskaya Street in Simferopol and on Yablochkova Street in the village of Gresovsky. By the end of 2025, it is also planned to put into operation more than 30 paramedic and obstetric stations and complete work at ambulance substations in the Bakhchisarai (Plodovoye), Lenin, Simferopol (Gvardeyskoye) districts and Sudak.
