Sergei Aksyonov announced the results of the outgoing year in the “Serious Conversation” program on the Crimea 24 TV channel.

Sergei Aksyonov placed special emphasis on the work of officials with citizens’ appeals. According to the Head of the Republic, this is the primary criterion in assessing the work activity of any official.

I believe that well-structured feedback from the population plays a key role in solving most problems. After all, no one knows about these problems better than the Crimeans themselves. People are directly interested in improving the quality of the services provided to them. At the same time, both efficiency and effectiveness are important here. It is unacceptable to give a formal answer; it is necessary to delve into the details, determine what can be done, how to help. Moreover, feedback should come from managers. It is the local commanders who are able to make operational decisions and have the authority to do so, – said the Head of Crimea.

Sergei Aksyonov noted that work to improve communication between the population and the authorities continues.

In general, we have built a model in which feedback is provided to the applicant in any case, we try not to turn it into a bureaucratic process, and we approach it informally. However, there is still something to work on: we need to get rid of meaningless replies, outright kicking of citizens and redirection to persons not authorized to solve the problem,” the Head of the Republic outlined the tasks.

Answering a question about further improvement of the activities of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea «Krymenergo», Sergei Aksyonov recalled plans to replace about 250 transformer substations in various municipalities in 2026 to stabilize the voltage in the networks, and also to increase the number of implementation of technological connection contracts to 20 thousand per year.

According to the Head of Crimea, over the past year and a half, the quality, efficiency, speed and transparency of the enterprise’s work have increased significantly.

Another topic of the interview was gasification. Sergey Aksyonov noted that Crimea is one of the most gasified regions in Russia and work in this direction does not stop.

We have identified the least gasified areas, and we will focus on them: Belogorsky, Nizhnegorsky, Pervomaisky, Sovetsky. In the Belogorsk region, they have already begun to develop the corresponding project documentation. In addition, social additional gasification continues on behalf of the President, that is, we bring gas directly to the borders of land plots with households. The total volume of gasification in Crimea is estimated at about 40 billion rubles — this amount is required to provide 100% of the republic’s settlements with gas. We will be able to complete this task once the goals of the special operation are achieved, – said the Head of the Republic.

In addition, Sergei Aksyonov focused on the issue of supporting large families and increasing demographics in general.

This is an important component of life, on which economic stability and further development of the country depend. We must create conditions so that people want to have more children, so that they have material benefits and opportunities for this. Today, of course, improving demographics is one of the priorities of state policy. Work is carried out both at the federal and regional levels,” added the Head of Crimea.
