Sergei Aksyonov demanded the dismissal of those who failed to repair roads

The Head of the Republic of Crimea continues to receive a large number of requests from citizens with complaints, first of all, about the quality of work being carried out and already completed. Sergei Aksyonov clarified that the bulk of applications come from the hero city of Kerch, Simferopol, Saki and Bakhchisarai regions.

People report, for example, that pothole repair did not help and after the rains all the holes and, accordingly, puddles were restored to their original form. Others write that recently added crushed stone was washed away. There are also questions about the quality of crushed stone as such: they write that the material used is similar either to a mixture of crushed stone with clay, or even to building soil. In addition, there are still no road plans on the official websites of municipalities. And if there is, then the data is either unclear, or it is already clear that the implementation deadlines will be missed,” the Head of the Republic listed.

In this regard, Sergei Aksyonov appealed to the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, Yuri Gotsanyuk, and the General Director of Krymavtodor JSC, Maxim Demin, demanding the dismissal of managers who failed to cope with their direct responsibilities.

I think that everywhere, in all municipalities, where the management did not show up at the sites, as we initially agreed, did not leave in the morning to set tasks, did not accept work in person in the evening — such people should simply be fired. This applies to both heads of administration and heads of local road repair and construction departments under the jurisdiction of Krymavtodor. That’s it, reprimands are a thing of the past; it turned out that this was not an effective enough measure. For achieving such “results” as reported by citizens, not a single boss will remain in his place. And this is not a threat, but a promise— said the Head of Crimea.

In addition, Sergei Aksyonov focused on the current state of road networks in gardening partnerships and cooperatives. The head of the republic recalled the need to put at least one central road in each SNT in proper order. It is necessary to first meet with their chairmen and clarify the situation for each. You need to start with the Simferopol region, where the largest number of such associations is located.
