Sergey Aksyonov: “In the draft budget of the Republic of Crimea for 2026, all social obligations are fully preserved”

During the meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, the draft law of the Republic of Crimea “On the budget of the Republic of Crimea for 2026 and for the planning period of 2027 and 2028” was considered.
According to the Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Aksenov, the document fully preserves all the social obligations of the republic.
Adopting a budget is a responsible issue. Everything related to social obligations is preserved in full. Overall the budget is balanced. The main financial document also assumes significant steps for the further development of the region. With the support of President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin and the Government of the Russian Federation, Crimea will continue to move forward and implement major socio-economic projects in various fieldssaid the Head of Crimea.
Sergei Aksyonov noted that the sources of funding for programs and activities have been identified, and a balance has been achieved between the necessary budget expenditures and the structure of income and receipts. A significant amount of funds has been allocated for the construction of new roads.
The existing road network will be repaired — this is one of the main issues that concern Crimeans. The State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea “Krymavtodor” has allocated enough funds to ensure that all roads in Crimea are maintained in standard condition. This includes pothole repair, road markings, installation of signs and stop pavilions, grading and crushed stone. The draft budget also takes into account the needs for providing support for participants in a special military operation. All the republic’s obligations for the next year in this regard are guaranteed to be fulfilled.“, assured the Head of the Republic.
Information about events and facilities planned for next year will be published on the portal of the Government of the Republic of Crimea in the context of each ministry and department, each municipal entity.
According to the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko, the budget was calculated based on the basic forecast for the development of the republic’s economy. Revenues next year will amount to 231.1 billion rubles, expenses – 235 billion rubles.
The draft law of the Republic of Crimea “On the budget of the Republic of Crimea for 2026 and for the planning period of 2027 and 2028” will be submitted for consideration to the State Council of the Republic of Crimea.
