Sergey Aksyonov signed the budget of the Republic of Crimea for 2026, adopted by the State Council of the Republic of Crimea
Budget revenues next year will amount to 241.5 billion rubles, expenses – 245.4 billion rubles. The deficit is projected to be 3.9 billion rubles; it is fully covered by funding sources. This indicates a balanced budget.
All social obligations to citizens, including, of course, participants in a special military operation, will be fulfilled in full.
In 2026, additional funds, according to the message of the Head of the Republic, aimed including:
- to increase wages for public sector employees (6.5 billion rubles);
- to create a reserve in case of emergency liquidation (4.2 billion rubles);
- to provide a one-time monetary compensation in exchange for the provision of a land plot to the ownership of SVO participants (3.5 billion rubles);
- for subsidizing municipalities to resolve socially significant issues (1.5 billion rubles);
- to provide monthly assistance to orphans and children left without parental care and adopted into a foster family, and monetary compensation due to foster parents, as well as to provide housing for orphans (1.4 billion rubles).
REFERENCE. On November 28, at a meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea, deputies adopted the budget of Crimea for 2026 and the planning period 2027–2028, as well as the budget of the Territorial Compulsory Health Insurance Fund.
