Sergei Aksyonov recalled that comprehensive work is underway across the region to solve the problem of water scarcity. “The construction of the water supply route from the Nezhinsky, Novogrigoryevsky and Prostornensky underground water intakes to Feodosia and Kerch continues. In addition, in order to fully meet the needs for water resources in the eastern part of the republic, in 2026 it is planned to supply water to the bulk reservoirs of the North Crimean Canal system in a volume of at least 45 million cubic meters. meters.

At the same time, in order to reduce water shortage on the southern coast of Crimea, the Martovskoye and Solnechnogorskoye reservoirs will be built within the framework of the federal project “Water of Russia” of the national project “Ecological Well-Being”. Currently, design and survey work is being carried out at the sites.
