Service for «professional» collectors: you can enter information into the state register using the State Services

«Professional» collectors, using the State Services portal, can enter information into the state register of legal entities engaged in the return of overdue debts as their main activity.

The new service is aimed at simplifying the procedure and reducing the time for obtaining public services. It was developed by the Federal Bailiff Service together with the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media. Through the State Services portal, users can send applications to the FSSP of Russia and its territorial bodies for entering information about a legal entity into the state register, for making changes to the information contained in the state register, for deleting information about a legal entity from the state register, as well as for correcting misprints and errors in documents issued as a result of the provision of public services , the press service of the UFSSP of Russia for Sevastopol reported.

The provision of public services was implemented as part of an experiment to optimize and automate the processes of licensing activities in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated .07.2021 No. 1279, as well as within the departmental digital transformation program.
