Sevastopol families can apply for regional maternity capital through State Services

Regional maternity (family) capital is provided:

one of the parents (adoptive parents) of the child permanently residing in Russia;
an adult child permanently residing in the country, in cases and in the manner provided for by the regulatory legal acts of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation.

In 2025, the state service “Providing regional maternity capital” became one of the most popular services available in electronic form. This suggests that digital services are changing lives for the better: help is becoming not just accessible, but truly convenient,” noted Vladimir Zayachnikov, head of the e-government infrastructure development department.

To submit an application for State Services, you must:

1. Have a verified account;
2. Fill out the electronic application form by link;
3. Wait for a response from the department.

The period for providing the service is 15 working days. The result is a decision to grant the right to regional maternal (family) capital or a decision to dispose of funds from regional maternal (family) capital. 96% of applications for this service have already been submitted electronically.

The provision of public services in electronic form is carried out within the framework of the national project “Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State”.
