Sevastopol parking: payment methods

There are two paid parking zones in Sevastopol: on the central ring — 967 spaces and in Balaklava — 79 spaces. For convenience, they are all marked on the website sevparking.ru.

On the central ring, parking costs 35 rubles per hour from 8:00 to 20:00, and parking is free at night and on weekends. In Balaklava, parking costs 50 rubles per hour: from May 1 to September 30 — from 8:00 to 22:00, and from October 1 to April 30 — from 8:00 to 20:00. Parking at night in Balaclava is free.

There are six ways to pay for parking:

1. By bank card through a parking meter located near the parking lot;
2. Through the mobile application “RuParking”;
3. In your personal account on the website sevparking.ru;
4. By sending an SMS to a special phone number 7878. Step-by-step instructions for this method are posted on all parking meters;
5. Cash through terminals. Their location can also be found on the website sevparking.ru;
6. Payment for parking can be made after its completion, using the post-payment function: until 23:59 of the current day from the moment of entering the parking space. The postpayment function is available only on the website sevparking.ru and in the RuParking mobile application.
