Sevastopol: providing free legal assistance to children and their representatives November 20, 2025

• children of participants (veterans) of a special military operation;
• orphans, children left without parental care, persons from among orphans and children left without parental care, as well as their legal representatives;
• disabled children and their parents.

20.11.2025 from 10-00 to 16-30 the event will take place — All-Russian single day of free legal assistanceorganized by the Russian Lawyers Association jointly with the Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education «Sevastopol State University», the Sevastopol regional branch of the «Russian Lawyers Association», the Public Reception of the United Russia Party (at the address: Sevastopol, B. Morskaya St., 4 — Public Reception of the United Russia Party).

The work will be attended by experts — representatives of the legislative, executive, judicial authorities of the city of Sevastopol, representatives of the Commissioner for Human Rights, prosecutors, the bar and notaries, legal business, teaching staff and student legal advice from Sevastopol State University on topical issues of citizens.

20.11.2025 from 15-00 to 17-00 will take place All-Russian Day of Legal Assistance for Childrentimed to coincide with World Children’s Day at the address: Sevastopol, Lenin Street, 33 (office of the Commissioner for Children’s Rights in the city of Sevastopol), which will be attended by representatives of the prosecutor’s office, the investigative department of the Investigative Committee, the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city of Sevastopol, the department of the federal bailiff service, the department of the Ministry of Justice, the department of the social fund, the Federal Institution «Main Bureau of Medical and Social Expertise for Sevastopol”, commission on affairs of minors and protection of their rights, departments of health, labor and social protection, education and science, notary office.

11/21/2025 at 16-00 a round table will be held on the topic: “Protection of the rights and interests of minor members of missing and dead members of the SVO» for family members of SVO participants and social coordinators of the branch of the State Fund “Defenders of the Fatherland” in Sevastopol, organized by the Department of the Ministry of Justice of Russia for Sevastopol, at the site of the Branch of the State Fund “Defenders of the Fatherland in Sevastopol” (Sevastopol, Karantinnaya St., 45).
