The most popular function since the launch of the “My Health Sevastopol” digital service is making appointments with doctors. The service also allows you to remotely consult with a doctor (telemedicine) and close sick leave online, without unnecessary visits to the clinic. Now through “My Health Sevastopol” you can track test results. Here’s how it works:

• The doctor orders tests.
• You come and donate blood or other biomaterial.
• The results are checked and confirmed by a laboratory doctor.
• Ready tests go into the regional repository of medical documents of the state health information system.
• As soon as this happens, the analysis results immediately become visible in the chatbot and are available for downloading and viewing in PDF format.

In addition, the service allows you to view the test results of patients whose medical records are linked to your phone number.
