Sevastopol residents have the opportunity to apply for the III All-Russian Municipal Award “Service”
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The III All-Russian Municipal Award “Service” has officially launched. The event is held on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin and is intended to celebrate the daily work of those who work for the benefit of developing territories and improving the quality of life of citizens in the country’s municipalities.
On October 22, at a meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Award, updated approaches and nominations were approved: “Courage and heroism for the benefit of serving the Motherland”, “The well-being of the family is a priority of the state”, “Development of the territory is the well-being of residents”, “Strengthening partnership — expanding opportunities”, “Everyone’s initiative — common success”, “Great heritage for future generations”, “Dialogue with the population — openness of power”, “Young modern manager in the service of the country.”
As Evgeny Grachev, Deputy Head of the Russian Presidential Administration for Domestic Policy, noted, interest in the project is growing.
Last year, it received twice as many applications as the year before, and the number of participants from new constituent entities of the Russian Federation increased manifold. The numbers and the Prize itself show the importance of the work of municipal employees and the attitude of the state towards this work,” said Evgeny Grachev.
VARMSU co-chair Irina Guseva added that the Award not only allows you to express gratitude to employees, but also becomes a tool for replicating best practices throughout the country.
The President of our country said that work at the municipal level is a mission. Today, the municipal community is creating a culture of love for its native land, carefully preserving historical roots and at the same time moving forward, introducing innovative solutions. The experience of colleagues becomes an important tool in the work of local authorities,” said Irina Guseva.
This year, the organizers have strengthened the expert staff and quality control of the evaluation of applications in order to identify truly unique projects. The winners’ stories will be popularized on federal platforms.
You can find out information about nominations and apply for participation in the Award on the official website. The organizer is the All-Russian Association for the Development of Local Self-Government (VARMSU) with the support of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation.
