Sevastopol sums up the results of a large -scale healing campaign of 2025

According to the director of the Department of Education and Science Maxim Krivonos, the campaign was in a planned mode, covering a record number of children. Thanks to their joint work, it was possible to ensure safe, rich and cognitive leisure for thousands of schoolchildren. Particular attention was paid to children from preferential categories, including families of participants in a special military operation. This year, their number increased to 2,803 people — almost one and a half times more than a year earlier.

The main part of the children — 5,895 people — rested at the expense of the city budget. Of these, 4,234 children held summer in camps in Sevastopol, another 1,661 in organizations located in the Republic of Crimea. In the countryside camps of the city and the region, 5,226 beneficiaries rested at the expense of city funds, which became possible thanks to the effective distribution of resources and infrastructure development.

No less significant was the rest in federal educational centers: on September 1, 2025, 314 Sevastopol children visited Artek, Orlenka, Change and Scarlet Sails.

In 2025, declared by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin the year of the defender of the Fatherland, special attention was paid to patriotic education. Thematic shifts in suburban camps — “growing patriots”, “school of future commanders” — were held in close interaction with the junarmy and the “movement of the first”. More than 4,320 children took part in specialized programs, where they studied the history of the Fatherland, participated in military-patriotic games and educational competitions and competitions.

To implement such large -scale programs, qualified personnel were required. This year, 300 trained counselors worked in the camps who went through a special internship at Sevastopol State University. Their professionalism and involvement became the key to success.

New opportunities for relaxation have opened thanks to the modernization of infrastructure. Within the framework of the federal program “Development of Education” in the camps “Gorny” and “Laspi”, modern rapidly vested residential modules were built, which made it possible to increase the number of children who came to recovery.

This year, this year, in addition to the fact that periodically in the camps, the Rospotrebnadzor tests were introduced, introduced a new food format — the “Swedish table”, which allowed the children to choose what suits them according to taste preferences.

Summer in Sevastopol did not just go with benefit — it inspired, united and brought the younger generation to the values ​​of patriotism, knowledge and a healthy lifestyle.
