Sevastopol: you can quickly replace documents through the digital services of the State Services portal

For the most common life situations, special sections have been created on the website and in the mobile application of the State Services. Everything you need is collected there: from submitting an application to detailed instructions.

The portal allows you to start the replacement procedure or apply for a duplicate without leaving your home. Here is a list of basic documents that can be replaced using State Services:

• Russian passport (replacement based on age, change of surname or damage).
• International passport (new or old generation).
• Driver license (replacement due to expiration or loss).
• STS and PTS (registration certificate and vehicle passport).
• Information in the Unified State Register of Real Estate (correcting errors or making changes to real estate data).
• Military ID (to replace a lost one or upon reaching a certain age).

Simply select the service you need, fill out an electronic application and upload a photo. At the appointed time, all that remains is to come to the department for the finished document or wait for it to be delivered (depending on the type of document).
