Sevastopolets changed the state — made an explosive device on the instructions of the foreign special services

Sevastopol City Court convicted of a criminal case against a 59-year-old resident of Feodosia of the Republic of Crimea Nikolai Davydchenko.
He is found guilty under Art. 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (state treason), part 1 and paragraph “c” of part 3 of article 222.1 of the Criminal Code (illegal acquisition, storage and transportation of explosive devices and explosives, including using the Internet) and part 1 of Art. 223.1 of the Criminal Code (illegal manufacture of an explosive device). It was established that in 2022, Davydchenko, on his own initiative, through the website, came into contact with the representative of the SBU and was involved in confidential cooperation against the security of the Russian Federation.
At the direction of the representative of the Ukrainian special services in November 2023 and in April 2024, he extracted from the cemeteries prepared for him in the cemetery in the Dzhankoy district of the Republic of Crimea Eletrodonator and a brisent explosive weighing more than 1.2 kg. From these items, as well as nails and other elements in his garage in Feodosia, Davydchenko made a home-made explosive device, which in July 2024, on the instructions of the SBU, hid Yalta-Sevastopol.
Employees of the FSB of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol stopped Davydchenko’s criminal activity. He was detained and placed in custody. The explosive device is seized,-the press service of the prosecutor’s office of Sevastopol said.
The court, taking into account the opinion of the state prosecutor, imposed the guilty of the guilty of 17 years in prison in a maximum security penal colony, with a limitation of freedom for a period of 1 year and with a fine of 600 thousand rubles.
The car and mobile phones that the convict used in criminal activity are confiscated in state revenue.
