Sevprirodnadzor conducted 65 on-site surveys in January as part of its control and surveillance activities

Sevprirodnadzor summed up the results of its work for the first month of 2026. In total, in the first month of the year, specialists conducted 65 field events. The main goal is prevention, as well as identification and suppression of violations in the field of environmental protection.

Of the total, 40 activities were carried out within the framework of environmental supervision. Particular attention is paid to control in the field of construction waste management. Joint raids were organized with the State Traffic Inspectorate: more than 30 units of freight transport were checked.

Also, employees of the hunting supervision department carried out 25 surveys of the habitats of hunting resources in a constant raid mode. This approach has a real preventive effect, and, if necessary, allows you to quickly respond to possible violations of legislation in the field of hunting— reported the press service of the Government of Sevastopol.

Sevprirodnadzor reminds that violations of the law are subject to administrative and criminal liability.

In 2025, 70 violations related to the illegal transportation and dumping of construction waste were identified. The perpetrators were punished with fines totaling 2.3 million rubles. To date, more than half have already been recovered.
