Siberian students will be attracted to Crimea for internships
Following the meeting, an Agreement on cooperation in the field of tourism and personnel training was signed between the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea and the Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management.
The agreement is aimed at organizing internships and internships for university students in the ministry and its subordinate structures, as well as internships for students and employment of graduates in hotels and sanatoriums of the Republic of Crimea, for the development and implementation of professional educational programs, for the introduction of new technologies, scientific and practical developments, projects in the tourism industry of Crimea.
Sergey Ganziy emphasized the importance of training qualified specialists in the field of tourism, noting that practice in the facilities of one of the leading resorts in the country is an excellent foundation for starting a successful career.
In Crimea, there is a well-developed system for training and supporting trainees, adaptation in Crimean accommodation facilities before starting the internship. There are 41 children’s health camps in Crimea, and there is also a need for counselors. In addition, Crimea is an excellent place to start a career, where you can quickly and effectively build a professional path. Crimea is actively being built and developed, the region’s tourism industry has great growth prospects, and the need for personnel exists todaysaid the minister.
As Pavel Novgorodov noted, the university actively seeks cooperation not only in the field of practice, but also in the exchange of students, scientific knowledge and participation in additional education programs.
The parties discussed the possibilities of further strategic partnership and information support as the basis for mutually beneficial interaction, as well as a practical action plan.
