Particular attention is paid to the requirements for the placement of vehicles. This was announced by the head of the operational control sector, Pavel Chipeev. Administration officials systematically monitor the road network for the placement of vehicles in places where this is contrary to established standards of improvement.
Areas where parking is prohibited include:
- sidewalks;
- territories occupied by green spaces (landscape elements with grassy, flowery, tree and shrub vegetation, limited by curb stones, pedestrian path or roadway);
- children’s and sports grounds;
- container sites (in cases where a vehicle restricts access to garbage containers, preventing waste removal).
For these violations, the Law of the Republic of Crimea on administrative offenses provides for administrative liability. In accordance with Articles 3.11 and 3.18, the amount of penalties is:
- for individuals — from 2 to 5 thousand rubles;
- for officials — from 5 to 7 thousand rubles;
- for legal entities — from 20 to 50 thousand rubles.
When it is discovered that vehicles are placed in unauthorized places, authorized officials of the administration take measures to bring vehicle owners to administrative liability in the manner prescribed by law.
As of the beginning of April 2026, more than 50 such cases were recorded, and appropriate measures were taken for all of them,” emphasized Pavel Chipeev.
