The head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergey Aksyonov, made a number of changes to the Decree «On the introduction of a high alert regime on the territory of the Republic of Crimea.»
From March 7, admission is allowed without presenting a vaccination certificate or a QR code to restaurants, cafes, canteens, bars, buffets, snack bars, food courts and other similar organizations, beauty salons, hairdressers, beauty salons, spas, massage salons, solariums, baths, saunas, swimming pools, fitness centers, cinemas (cinema halls), theatres, libraries, museums, circuses, walking and bus tours.
In addition, catering establishments are allowed to operate without restrictions on opening hours and restrictions on the number of seats.
It is allowed to provide services for the organization and holding of entertainment and entertainment events (in entertainment centers and other entertainment establishments, including children’s leisure and entertainment organizations), the operation of karaoke clubs, hookahs, nightclubs and dance halls.
In addition, it is allowed to book places in accommodation facilities and sanatorium organizations, to receive and accommodate without presenting a certificate or a QR code. The activity of providing places for temporary accommodation in hostels is also allowed.
According to the document, sports events are allowed without a set number of visitors and participants, and participation in mass sports events is also allowed without a certificate of vaccination or a QR code. The restriction on the number of participants during public hearings, gatherings, meetings or conferences of citizens and the provision of a social distance of at least 1.5 meters have been canceled.
The decree abolished the requirements for verifying certificates for visitors to public places, restrictions on the organization of cultural and leisure events in theaters, cinemas, circuses, concert organizations, cultural and leisure institutions, excursion services in museums. Restrictions on the number of invited participants in solemn marriages have also been cancelled.
In addition, until further notice, citizens are prohibited from visiting patients who are undergoing inpatient treatment in medical organizations.
