Since October 3, a special fire regime is canceled in Sevastopol

In connection with a decrease in the average daily air temperature and a decrease in fire hazard class, it is proposed to cancel a special fire regime on the territory of Sevastopol on October 3 of this year and, accordingly, remove the established additional fire safety requirements,-quoted the press service of the Government of Sevastopol Alexei Krasnokutsky.

The solution is based on the current meteorological situation: wet weather was installed in the region, and the average daily temperature decreased significantly. According to the Sevastopol branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Crimean Directorate for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring”, the fire hazard class in the city is now 2 (small). In addition, from October 2, visits to forests have already been allowed.

The cancellation of a special regime means that from October 3, 2025, on the territory of Sevastopol, it is again resolved, but taking into account the mandatory fulfillment of fire safety requirements, conducting agricultural pallets, breeding bonfires, burning solid waste in the areas of gardening and gardening partnerships. The use of barbecue and other foods using open fire is also resumed.
