Since the beginning of the year, 820 Sevastopol families have received regional maternity capital

Sevastopol families continue to receive regional maternity capital as part of the national project “Family”. In 2025, 820 families received payments, and since the beginning of the program, 6,239.
The right to receive such a payment are citizens of the Russian Federation who have been living in Sevastopol for at least one year at the time of filing the application and who have an average per capita family income below an amount equal to two and a half subsistence minimums established in the city per capita. The average per capita income in 2025 is 18,088 rubles. You can apply for a payment until the child reaches the age of eighteen. To apply, the child must be at least one year old— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Lyudmila Vorobyova, Deputy Head of the Department for the Methodology of Providing Social Support of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
Regional maternity capital can be received by:
- women who gave birth to a second child starting from January 1, 2019;
- women who gave birth to a third child starting from January 1, 2019, provided that they did not take advantage of the right to regional maternity capital in connection with the death of the second child;
- women who gave birth to their first child starting from January 1, 2019, if there was an adopted child at the time of birth.
The amount of regional maternity capital this year is 141,059 rubles. A second child was born in our family — a daughter. We added this amount and made repairs in the children’s room, so that in the future, when the baby grows up, our children will have their own space, — mother Elena shared.

You can apply for payment at the MFC, the Department of Targeted Social Support for the Population, or through the portal State Services.
