Since the beginning of the year, more than 2,500 Sevastopol residents have contacted the Unified Contact Center for Social Protection

The remote customer service group of the Sevastopol branch of the Social Fund of Russia was created in 2021, and in 2023, regional social protection authorities joined the service of the unified information system of social departments. Currently, a virtual assistant works on the first line with citizens’ requests. If detailed consultation is required, he redirects the call to an operator — an employee of the Social Fund or a specialist from the Sevastopol Coordination and Information Center for Social Protection.

Contact center operators, in addition to mastering software services, are able to competently build a dialogue with citizens seeking clarification on social support measures.

Sevastopol residents are actively interested in the issue of honoring married couples who have been married for 25 years or more; the issue of donor payments is relevant. People often ask about regional support measures for large families, including within the framework of the “Family” national project. Since the beginning of the year, more than 2,500 people have contacted the contact center— said Oksana Skuratova, a social work specialist at the Sevastopol Coordination and Information Center for Social Protection.

To ensure the security of personal data, the conversation is conducted in compliance with the legislation on personal data. To receive personalized information about payments or the appointment of social support measures for the population, it is necessary to prepare in advance a SNILS number or a code word for Social Fund operators.

Calls are accepted at the phone number (8 800) 100-00-01. They are free for both landline and mobile phone subscribers. The center is open: Mon.-Thurs.: from 9:00 to 18:00, on Friday: from 9:00 to 16:45.
