Since the beginning of the year, more than 40 women have become members of the women’s club at the Sevastopol Personnel Center

Meetings of the “League of Success” club are not only communication and new skills, but also a concrete result: this year every second woman who contacted the Sevastopol employment service has already been employed. The club meets monthly. At the next meeting, the center’s specialists organized a “Lilac Etude” master class for the participants. Women painted pictures and were able to temporarily escape from everyday worries.

The women’s club has been working in our center since May last year as part of the national project “Personnel”. We help girls figure out which direction to move next: participants undergo career guidance, receive advice, try themselves in different fields and gradually go to work or open their own business, — said the chairman of the Women’s Club, head of the department for the provision of career guidance and vocational training services to citizens, Irina Reklitskaya.

The master class was conducted by the artist and founder of the Pazori workshop Elvira Vorobyova. Previously, she herself contacted the employment service with an idea and, with the support of the center, opened her own business. Today Elvira shares her experience and helps other women not be afraid to start.

Since the beginning of this year, more than 400 women have contacted the Sevastopol employment service — this is 100 more than in the same period last year. Among them are the wives of SVO participants, women with disabilities and mothers of many children.
