The single contact center, operating at the sites of the Social Fund of Russia and the Sevastopol Coordination and Information Center for Social Protection, continues to help Sevastopol residents understand the system of social services and find optimal solutions to receive the necessary assistance.
On the first line, a virtual assistant responds to typical requests. If it is necessary to receive detailed advice, the assistant transfers the call to first-line operators and Social Fund employees. If the question concerns the provision of regional social support measures or other social topics, then the call is redirected to second-line operators, social work specialists of the Sevastopol Coordination and Information Center for Social Protection.
We regularly analyze the statistics of requests and the work of the contact center, which allows us to identify the main problems and improve the quality of service. Together with colleagues from the Social Fund, about 33 thousand requests have been received and processed since the beginning of the year.
