Crimean firefighters continue their daily fight against fires in the residential sector. Six such fires were recorded over the weekend.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea, in Krasnolesye (Simferopol district) in the evening (at 13 hours) a two-story residential building caught fire.
At the time of the arrival of the employees of the State Institution of the Republic of Crimea «Fire Guard of the Republic of Crimea», there were no people in the building. Firefighters laid hose lines and started extinguishing the fire. Thanks to the prompt and well-coordinated work of firefighters, it was possible to prevent its further spread. The fire was localized and liquidated within three hours. Firefighters paid considerable attention to spilling and dismantling structures to prevent a re-emergence of fire. The area was 67 square meters. There were no casualties. Experts are establishing the reason, — said the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea.
Last Saturday at : 32, rescuers received a message about that a fire broke out in SNT «Istochnik» (the village of Mramornoye, Simferopol district): an outbuilding caught fire on the territory of a private courtyard.
Crimean firefighters promptly laid hose lines and started extinguishing the fire. At the same time, to prevent an explosion, firefighters took out a gas cylinder. The fire was extinguished within an hour. The area was 13 square meters. There were no casualties. The reason is established by experts , — reported in the emergency department.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea reminds the inhabitants of the peninsula of the need to comply with fire safety rules:
- electrical appliances;
- keep the electrical wiring in good condition, do not use damaged electrical appliances and electrical sockets;
- do not carry out uncontrolled burning of garbage and making fires;
- in order to avoid the transfer of fire from one building to another, clear the territory of household yards, garage cooperatives from debris and dry grass.
