Due to repair work on the railway infrastructure, some trains to Crimea will temporarily change the schedule, and the opening of sales will be delayed. This was reported by the transport company Grand Service Express.
Repair work on the infrastructure is needed to ensure that trains arrive on time. They try to carry out maintenance of the track and contact network outside the season, when fewer trains run. However, due to such work, trains may change schedules, and the opening of sales may be delayed.,” the press service clarified.
According to the carrier company, the changes will affect the movement of train No. 7/8 St. Petersburg — Sevastopol. Ticket sales are temporarily suspended from February 14 for departures from Sevastopol, and from February 15 for departures from St. Petersburg.
In addition, sales for trains No. 27/28, 67/68, 195/196 Moscow — Simferopol, 91/92 Moscow — Sevastopol have been closed since February 15. Sales are also closed from February 15, departing in both directions on train No. 77/78 St. Petersburg — Simferopol (via Moscow).
Train No. 75/76 Simferopol — Omsk runs to Tyumen from January 15. It runs from Tyumen to Simferopol under the number 185/186. The train will return to its normal operating schedule in April. Sales by departure from Simferopol are closed from February 16,” the press service clarified.
