Specialists of the Gostekhnadzor Sevastopol conducted a technical inspection of almost 1000 self -propelled vehicles
Krympress reports:
From the beginning of this year, almost 1000 units of equipment have been checked. During the technical inspection, inspectors evaluate the technical condition of the machine: the operability of the brake system, steering, lighting devices and other key nodes, check the compliance of the license plates with registration data, the presence of a first -aid kit and a fire extinguisher, study documents for the right to manage equipment from the driver.
Based on the results of the inspection, either a certificate of conducting a technical inspection, or an act of lack ofness, indicating the identified violations, is issued. If malfunctions were discovered, they must be quickly eliminated and repeated inspection.
You can submit an application for a technical inspection through the portal Public services:
1. The applicant fills out the form and attaches the necessary documents.
2. The inspector checks the applicant for management rights or the right to own the equipment, the correctness of registration data, the fact of payment of the state fee.
3. After all the checks, the place and time of the technical inspection are assigned.
If the malfunctions are detected during the initial examination, then the state duty is not re -charged. Any self-propelled equipment at agricultural enterprises and road construction organizations, factories and production sites, in shopping centers, and rental points is subject to compulsory technical inspection.
Owners of mini -tractors, motoblocks, loaders and other special equipment are also required to undergo inspection once a year.
Passing a technical inspection is not just the duty of the owner of the equipment.
According to the head of the department for supervision of the technical condition and operation of self -propelled vehicles and other types of Zhosthnadzor Yuri Kuzhanov, this is a measure of emergency warning, injuries and even human casualties. The good condition of the equipment reduces the risk of breakdowns, increases the level of safety on roads and workplace, and also ensures the fulfillment of the requirements of the legislation.
In addition, timely passage then saves owners from possible fines and administrative responsibility for the operation of faulty equipment.
