Student groups of Crimea voiced the key vector for the development of the movement in the Southern Federal District

On January 30, the hero city of Volgograd became the center of strategic decision-making for the youth labor movement in the south of Russia. An extended meeting of the District Headquarters of student detachments of the Southern Federal District (SFD) took place here, at which the leaders of student detachments of Crimea and their colleagues from other regions determined the future of the movement for the coming years.

The district meeting served as a tool for an in-depth analysis of the results of the past working season and the development of new management algorithms. The participants focused on improving the quality of professional training for fighters, scaling up programs for interaction with major federal employers, and strengthening the contribution of student groups to the socio-economic indicators of the regions of Southern Russia.

Representatives of the Crimean regional branch acted as active co-authors of the “road map” for the development of the Southern Federal District. Particular emphasis was placed on the development of the personnel reserve and the introduction of innovative approaches to teamwork.

Today, student teams of Crimea are not just a labor resource, they are a powerful school of leadership. Participation in shaping the development vector of the entire Southern Federal District at the site in Volgograd became an important stage for us. Our common goal is to make every student in the Southern Federal District feel part of a huge creative force,” noted Ekaterina Denesyuk, head of the Crimean regional branch of Russian student groups.

The district meeting has become an important platform for summing up results, open dialogue and forming management decisions. Participants noted the importance of teamwork and confirmed their readiness to further develop the student movement in the Southern Federal District.
