Student teams of Crimea are organizing the largest platform for youth employment

The Crimean regional branch of Russian student groups announces the holding of the Career Forum of the Republic of Crimea “Labor Krut”. This is a flagship career guidance project aimed at systematically building career trajectories for students in the region — from schoolchildren to final year university students.

“Trud Krut” is not just an exhibition platform, but a carefully built ecosystem that allows participants to make a real transition from education to professional activity. The main feature of the forum is the possibility of direct employment: based on the results of the events, the most active and productive participants receive invitations to permanently work on the staff of leading organizations in Crimea.

The forum program is divided into three specialized days:

– February 14 (09:00 – 14:30) – Specialized program for school students.

– February 16 (09:00 – 14:20) – Day for students of professional educational organizations (colleges and technical schools).

– February 17 (09:00 – 14:40) – Platform for students of higher educational institutions.

Venue: Simferopol, KIPU named after Fevzi Yakubov.

The project relies on a powerful partner network, which this season has significantly expanded its geography and industry spectrum. The key employers and experts of the forum will be leaders of various sectors of the economy: VTB Bank, the Radio More information project, the Massandra winery, the joint-stock company Krymhleb, Vizant Group, the All-Russian children’s center «Scarlet Sails», the International children’s center «Artek», the hotel management company UPRO GROUP, the agro-industrial holding «Friendship of Peoples», the youth center «Salet — Ak Bars», LLC «PARK FOROS», real estate agency «Etazhi», Simferopol International Airport named after I.K. Aivazovsky.

The key events will be expert panel discussions and interactive stands, where young people will be able to directly communicate with HR specialists of the largest companies. There will also be master classes with useful information about professional opportunities in the modern world.
