The main event of the action was an unforgettable holiday that took place on December 19, St. Nicholas Day. Father Frost, Snow Maiden and favorite heroes of Russian folk tales congratulated the children on the upcoming New Year, giving them a lot of fun, joy and magic.
Everyone’s favorite holiday is approaching — New Year, but today we have also gathered here to celebrate St. Nicholas the Wonderworker Day. This is a bright holiday, which is largely connected with our families, so today we want to congratulate all the children, and our wonderful friends and partners will help us with this — the student teams of the Republic of Crimea. This holiday has become a tradition for us and Russian student teams have been helping us with wonderful matinees for many years. Happy holiday to everyone! – noted Igor Glushkov, deputy head of the branch of the State Fund “Defenders of the Fatherland” in the Republic of Crimea.
The “New Year, take it and do it” campaign has been carried out by the Crimean regional branch of Russian student groups, starting in 2022, and has already become a good tradition. This year, 50 people joined in donating.
Promotion “New Year, take it and do it” – This is not just an annual event for us, it is a living embodiment of our values. We see how important it is today to give warmth and care, especially to children whose parents defend our Motherland. Our students don’t just donate blood – they give a part of themselves to give the guys a real holiday and help those who really need it. We are proud every student who takes part in this action, because it is precisely such actions that make our world a kinder place, – said Ekaterina Denesyuk, head of the Crimean regional branch of Russian student groups.
