Student teams of Crimea took part in the All-Russian meeting of leaders of Russian student teams

The All-Russian meeting of the leaders of regional branches of Russian student groups ended in the capital of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. During the period from March 4 to 6, the city of Salekhard became a point of attraction for more than 100 leaders of the youth movement from 85 regions of the country and members of the organization’s Board. The Republic of Crimea was represented at the large-scale event by the head of the Crimean regional branch of the Russian North Ossetia, Ekaterina Denesyuk. The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss the development strategy of the country’s largest youth labor movement for the coming years, in particular, detailed work planning for 2026.

As part of the business program, Mikhail Kiselev, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Youth Policy, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Russian North Ossetia, spoke to the participants. He emphasized that supporting the creative work of young people is a priority of state policy.

For employers who attract student teams, reduced insurance premiums apply: instead of the standard 30%, they pay 7.6%. At the same time, the guys accumulate pension points, and work in the student team is counted towards their work experiencenoted Mikhail Kiselev.

He also focused on legislative changes that allow teenagers from the age of 14 to be officially employed while maintaining social benefits, and recalled the free vocational training program, which has already been used by more than 170 thousand people since 2021.

The program of stay in Salekhard combined cultural and business blocks. On the first day, the participants crossed the Arctic Circle and got acquainted with the traditions of Yamal. On March 5, regional leaders met at a speaker session with the Governor of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Dmitry Artyukhov. The participants also discussed the organization’s communication strategy, preparations for the All-Russian rally of student teams scheduled for November 20–22, 2026 in Chelyabinsk, as well as issues of organizing labor projects and professional training of fighters in the 2026 season.

The Crimean regional branch of Russian student groups is actively included in the federal agenda, adapting new legislative opportunities and training programs for students and teenagers of the peninsula.

The development of teenage labor groups is especially important for Crimea. Changes to the Labor Code and government regulations on the preservation of social benefits open up new horizons for our schoolchildren for legal earnings and first professional experience without compromising the family budget. Our plans for 2026 include expanding the geography of labor projects within the republic and actively preparing for the All-Russian rally in Chelyabinsk. We aim to ensure that every fighter from Crimea feels part of the large-scale changes taking place in the country,” commented Ekaterina Denesyuk, head of the Crimean regional branch of Russian student groups.
