From March 16 to March 28, the Tavrida art cluster team will hold a series of outdoor career events aimed at attracting new candidates. Employees of the personnel management service and the Practice Center will introduce applicants to the activities of Tavrida and tell about current vacancies. As part of the events, residents of the Krasnodar Territory, the Republic of Crimea and the city of Simferopol will be able to leave their resume and undergo an express interview.
We used to talk about Tavrida as a platform of opportunities for young creators and professionals. But behind all this scale there are people — employees, volunteers, trainees, interns, partners. And the more the art cluster grows, the higher the demand for specialists of various specialties and competencies. Now that the Meganom Academy of Creative Industries is starting in Crimea, we are opening new vacancies. Also this year we are expanding internship and internship programs for students. All these are good opportunities for residents, primarily of Crimea and neighboring regions. We look forward to meeting strong professionals here who will join our team., — says Denis Gapchuk, head of the personnel management department of the Tavrida art cluster.
A series of regional events «Tavrida. Career» starts on March 16 in Simferopol and will be held in Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar, Sochi and Sevastopol. The meetings will take place at the venues of local employment centers and universities. During the events, specialists from the Human Resources Service and the Practice Center will talk about the career opportunities of Tavrida for existing specialists and provide guidance on employment issues for students who are just starting their career path.
The job fair will present open positions in the following areas: operation (engineering and technical specialties), logistics and transport, finance, law, educational unit (methodologists, program authors, etc.), power unit (restaurants and catering), organization of events and other professional areas. Applicants will be able to communicate with the heads of departments of the art cluster «Tavrida», ask questions, leave their resume in paper or electronic form.
