Tax authorities of the Republic of Crimea are undergoing reorganization

All territorial tax authorities (Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the city of Simferopol, Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 2 for the Republic of Crimea, Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 4 for the Republic of Crimea, Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 5 for the Republic of Crimea, Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 6 for the Republic of Crimea, Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 7 for the Republic of Crimea, Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 8 for the Republic of Crimea, Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 9 for the Republic of Crimea) will be reorganized by joining the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Crimea. Thus, the Office will be the legal successor in relation to the tasks, functions, rights, responsibilities and other issues of the activities of the subordinate tax authorities of the Republic of Crimea.

The transfer of organizations, individual entrepreneurs and individuals for tax registration with the Department will be carried out by the tax authorities automatically without the participation of taxpayers.

For taxpayers, the reorganization measures will not entail a deterioration in the conditions and quality of receiving services from the Federal Tax Service of Russia. All points of presence of tax authorities are preserved. For the convenience of citizens and business entities, the procedure for reception and service in operating rooms remains the same and will be carried out at the same addresses.
