Tax Service of Sevastopol: from 2026, an extract will become a single document on registration with the tax authority
CrimeaPRESS reports:
An electronic extract from the Unified State Register contains data on the last name, first name, patronymic, date of birth of the identified person and TIN. It is signed with an enhanced qualified electronic signature and is equivalent to a paper extract signed with the handwritten signature of an official and certified by the seal of the tax authority.
Notices of registration or deregistration sent to organizations, individual entrepreneurs and individuals are also abolished.
Along with an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, registration or deregistration with the tax authority will be confirmed by an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (Unified State Register of Legal Entities), an extract from the state register of accredited branches, representative offices of foreign legal entities and an extract from the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs.
Based on the results of registration or deregistration procedures with the tax authority that began before January 1, 2026 and were not completed as of this date, extracts will be issued instead of certificates and notifications.
