- the model charter of an LLC is not required to be submitted to the tax authority, it is enough to indicate its number;
- ease of use of the model charter. There is no need to print it and store it properly among other documents. Model statutes have legal force and in electronic form;
- the decision to change the name of the LLC, address or type of activity will not affect the model charter in any way, since it does not contain such information. And when changing the data contained in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, it is enough to submit an application to the tax authority in the form P13014.
In addition, if a decision is made by an operating LLC to switch from its own charter to a model charter, it is not required to pay a state fee.
