Tax Service of Sevastopol: until March 1, the tax authorities will conduct reconciliations on the UNS with taxpayers

CrimeaPRESS reports:

The head of the Federal Tax Service of Russia Daniil Egorov decided not to apply enforcement measures in relation to the negative balance on single tax account (UNS) of taxpayers, if they disagree with the correctness of its reflection. Until March 1, the tax authorities will conduct individual reconciliations with such persons. To do this, they should contact their inspectorates on the issue of disagreement with the balance.

This measure applies to persons who made mistakes in paying their tax obligations for reporting periods up to 2023 year. This will eliminate conflicts associated with the introduction of a new communication system between tax authorities and taxpayers, new payment rules and the formation of a single balance of payments.

In addition, until May 1 2023 of the year and until the end of the declaration campaign following the results of 2022 of the year for certain types of taxes and fees, tax liability of taxpayers for violations of the law related to the submission (non-submission) of a notification of calculated amounts of taxes, advance payments of taxes, fees, insurance premiums has been suspended.

The corresponding order was brought to the tax authorities by letter No. ED—8/2@ dated 26..2023
