Tax service: one of the details in payment orders for tax transfers has changed

From October 27, 2025, the name of the division of the Bank of Russia that performs the functions of settlement and cash services when a taxpayer transfers funds has changed.

In the field “Name of the recipient’s bank” it is necessary to indicate “OCC No. 7 of the State Bank of Russia for the Central Federal District // UFK for the Tula Region, Tula.” All other details — BIC, account, TIN, checkpoint — are the same.

Let us remind you that when transferring taxes, fees and other obligatory payments administered by tax authorities to the budget system of the Russian Federation, the following details must be indicated:

• Recipient: Treasury of Russia (Federal Tax Service of Russia);
• Recipient’s TIN: 7727406020;
• Recipient checkpoint: 770801001;
• Name of the recipient’s bank: OKTs No. 7 State Bank of Russia for the Central Federal District//UFK for the Tula region, Tula;
• BIC of the recipient’s bank: 017003983;
• Recipient’s bank account number: 40102810445370000059;
• Treasury account number: 03100643000000018500.
