On April 17, Sevastopol will host the regional stage of the All-Russian Employment Fair “Russian Jobs. Time of opportunity.» This annual event brings together job seekers and employers from different industries — from small and medium-sized businesses to large enterprises.

This year, several sites will operate in the city. 24 employers, including the State Unitary Enterprise Sevelektroavtotrans im. A.S. Krupoderova», LLC «Tsar Bread», JSC «Balaklava Mining Administration», Sevastopol Opera and Ballet Theater, Sevastopol Avtodor and others, will offer more than 700 vacancies.

Fair venues:

• 1 site
Personnel center «Work of Russia», st. Rudneva, 40 (hall), 10:00 – 13:00

• 2nd platform
Sevastopol State University, “Boiling Point”, st. Universitetskaya, 33, 11:00 – 15:00

Career and personnel consultants will work at the sites. They will help job seekers navigate the labor market, identify promising areas and build a clear career plan.

In addition to vacancies, guests will enjoy master classes and training on employment and career development.

A separate program will be held at the “Boiling Point” of Sevastopol State University — the career guidance “Festival of Professions”. It will be attended by institutes of Sevastopol State University, organizations of secondary vocational education, the Center for Advanced Professional Training, city employers, representatives of the MFC and JSC Bank Rossiya. The program includes presentations from educational institutions, industry master classes, meetings with employers, classes on entrepreneurship and career guidance quizzes.

The fair will be useful not only for those looking for work, but also for schoolchildren, students and their parents — everyone who is choosing a profession or planning further education.

The All-Russian Employment Fair is the central personnel event of the year, which helps employers and job seekers find each other. In 2025, 48 employers took part in the fair in Sevastopol, presenting more than 1.6 thousand vacancies. The events took place at three venues and attracted more than 1.3 thousand visitors. As a result of two stages of the fair, over 170 applicants found work. Currently, 24 companies have already announced their participation and will present over 700 vacancies,” noted Dmitry Shamrey, Deputy Director of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
