The Bakhchisaray District Court fined the “performer of the Ukrainian anthem” to the maximum
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Bakhchisaray District Court brought a local resident to administrative responsibility for discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. She was sentenced to a fine of 50,000 rubles (the maximum amount under this article). Probably not the last role in determining the verdict caused a wide public outcry (in social networks and instant messengers) from the frankly stupid (well, or cynically impudent) misconduct of the girl.
On March 1, at 21:00, a resident of the Bakhchisaray district in one of the social networks on her personal page posted a video for an unlimited circle of people on which she performed the Anthem of Ukraine “Ukraine has not yet died”, thereby carrying out public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, in order to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, maintain international peace and security in the framework of the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine. Thus, she committed an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federationaccording to the press service of the court.
At the hearing, the girl admitted her guilt in full, repented of her deed.
The court considered that the guilt of the offender in committing an administrative offense was proved and considered it necessary to impose an administrative penalty on her in the form of a maximum administrative fine provided for by the sanction of Article 1, Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
As explained in the press service of the court, «what will be an appropriate measure of responsibility in order to prevent further commission of similar administrative offenses«. The decision has not entered into force.
Note that this is not the first case “about singers” in Crimea. Previous performers
