The Bakhchisaray District Court issued a verdict in the case of violation of public order

The Bakhchisaray District Court of the Republic of Crimea brought to administrative responsibility persons aged 18 to 29 for organizing a mass simultaneous stay and movement of citizens in public places in the city center, which caused a violation of public order. Persons held administratively liable were sentenced to various types of punishment in the form of administrative fines ranging from 10,000 to 20,000 rubles, as well as administrative arrests for a period of 15 days.
As established by the materials of cases on administrative offenses on March 03, 2023, at about 17:00, young people from among local residents, being near the building of the Curry store in the city of Bakhchisaray, took part voluntarily in the mass simultaneous stay of citizens in a public place, which interfered with the movement of pedestrians and that caused a breach of public order.
In total, the Bakhchisaray District Court of the Republic of Crimea brought 14 offenders to administrative responsibility under part 1 of Article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
In addition, one of the young people was brought to administrative responsibility under part 1 of article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation — disobedience to a lawful order or demand of a police officer, and he was sentenced to an administrative fine of 4,000 rubles.
The resolutions have not entered into force.
