The development of viticulture and winemaking in Sevastopol remains one of the priority areas of the region. From 2014 to 2025, the industry received 3.25 billion rubles of state support. In 2026, about 600 million rubles will be allocated for the development of the industry. The funds cover the full production cycle: from planting new vineyards to the release of finished products.
