The City Council of Sevastopol supported the master plan for the integrated development of the territory of the street. B. Morskoy, 1 and Nakhimov Ave.

At the meeting of the Town Planning Council, an updated master plan for the integrated development of the territory was presented at the address: st. Bolshaya Morskaya, 1, Nakhimov Ave., 21, 19, Voronina, 10. The project was prepared by the Osnova architectural bureau and is a refined version of the previously discussed concept.

The main volumetric and spatial solutions of the project remain unchanged. The work was focused on clarifying the functional content, planning solutions and technical and economic indicators. At the same time, all restrictions associated with the security status of the central building of the Chernomorets design bureau are fully taken into account, — the press service quotes Ilya Mordvintsev, chief architect of the design department of APB Osnova.

The building of the Chernomorets Central Clinical Hospital, which is a cultural heritage site, is being preserved and is subject to complete restoration with subsequent adaptation to a five-star hotel with 60 rooms. The developers emphasized that the work will be carried out as delicately as possible.

On the site of the lost buildings and subject to demolition, it is planned to construct a hotel building with 115 rooms, an apartment building, as well as the restoration of the historical Kondakov house. It is planned to house public functions — a cafe, restaurant or wine boutique. The height parameters of the new objects do not exceed the existing ones, which makes it possible to preserve the familiar silhouette of the quarter.

The total number of rooms of the future hotel complex will be 197 rooms, and the total area of ​​the buildings will be about 23 thousand square meters.

The project also includes the relocation and construction of a new transformer substation; organizing separate flows of guest and service transport; creation of convenient pedestrian routes and additional entrances to buildings; placement of underground parking; installation of a SPA complex in a new hotel building.

Following the discussion, the Town Planning Council supported the revised concept.
