According to the investigation, the MKU “Department of Capital Construction of the Administration of the City of Feodosia of the Republic of Crimea” signed a municipal contract for the construction of a station for receiving municipal waste in the territory of the village of Primorsky. The official, knowing for certain that the work was not completed by the contractor in full, signed the acts of work performed. On the basis of these documents, more than 70 million rubles were unreasonably transferred to the contractor’s settlement account— said the prosecutor’s office.
The prosecutor’s office of Feodosia supported the petition of the investigator to elect the accused as a measure of restraint in the form of house arrest, which was granted by the court. The criminal investigation is ongoing.
