The Crimean delegation will take part in the International Hospitality Exhibition and Forum “Intourmarket”
From April 2 to April 4, the XXI International Exhibition and Forum of Regional Hospitality “Intourmarket” will be held in Nizhny Novgorod. The large-scale event will bring together on one platform representatives of federal and regional authorities, tourism business leaders, hoteliers, tour operators and other industry professionals from Russia and foreign countries.
The Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea, together with representatives of the administrations of Yalta and Saki and the tourism industry, will take part in the event with a single stand of the republic, and will also hold meetings and negotiations with the leadership of the regional Union of Trade Union Organizations and the regional Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
The business program of Intourmarket will be devoted to the issues of domestic tourism, the development of industrial and event tourism, staffing of the industry, as well as the introduction of digital services in the hospitality industry. Participants will present interregional and international tourist routes, discuss government support measures and strategies for promoting territories.
The Republic of Crimea comes to Nizhny Novgorod for the second time to participate in Intourmarket. We are connected with the region by strong business ties, an agreement on cooperation in the field of tourism and projects in personnel matters. For us, participation in a large-scale event, which is supported by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, is an opportunity not only to present our potential among the regions of Russia and adopt progressive practices, but also to establish new partnerships with trade union organizations and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs for cooperation in the field of improving the health of residents of Nizhny Novgorod and the region— said the Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Ganziy.
The minister also said that in the Year of Crimean Hospitality, declared by the Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Aksyonov, the ministry is planning trips to the regions of Russia: Nizhny Novgorod, Voronezh, Rostov-on-Don, Krasnoyarsk, as well as Moscow. Such trips have not only an image effect, but also necessarily practical results — the register of large industrial enterprises that are ready to enter into contracts for the health of their employees is expanding, the interest of universities in students undergoing internships in Crimea is growing, and the overall flow of tourists from regions in which Hospitality Days of the Republic of Crimea have previously been held is increasing.
Holding the exhibition-forum of regional hospitality “Intourmarket” will contribute to the promotion of travel throughout Russia. This is one of the areas of work within the framework of the national project “Tourism and Hospitality”.
