The Crimean Investment Council approved the implementation of 13 new investment projects worth 44.5 billion rubles
Five projects involve the construction of residential complexes in the Simferopol region with developed social infrastructure, landscaping and landscaping.
Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea — Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Irina Kiviko emphasized the social significance of new projects:
Providing housing for citizens in need of improved living conditions remains one of the key priorities for the region. Some of the apartments in new residential complexes will be transferred to needy categories of citizens as part of the fulfillment of the social obligations of the republicnoted the Deputy Prime Minister.
The meeting also discussed a project for the construction of a year-round 4-star hotel complex in Alushta, including a hotel, a swimming pool and infrastructure for recreation and sports. In addition, the project to create the first bionic health resort cluster in Saki received support. The territory of the cluster provides for the construction of 4- and 5-star health and medical hotels with a “longevity of life” center, thermal complexes, health and rejuvenation programs in medical and spa centers. Large-scale landscaping of the area, the creation of walking routes and places for outdoor recreation are planned.
