The Crimean resident became the winner of the All-Russian mentor competition “To be, not to appear!”

The Head of the Republic of Crimea congratulated Crimean Anatoly Semenkov on the worthy result achieved at the All-Russian mentor competition “To be, not to seem!” – 2025. According to Sergei Aksenov, Anatoly Semenkov is the leader of the detachment of young pathfinders “Kind Circle. Crimea» Regional public organization for strengthening the physical and spiritual health of the nation «Clean Crimea».
The detachment operates in the territory of the municipal district of Alushta and the urban district of Simferopol. It includes children and adolescents from large, single-parent, low-income families, families of SVO participants, as well as refugees from the war zone. Today, four patrols of the children’s organization employ more than 120 people, united by a common idea and goals— said the Head of the Republic.
Over the course of nine months, the mentor from Crimea went through the qualifying stages, semi-finals and became one of the 100 winners of the competition, the grand final of which took place in Kazan.
The winners will be included in the talent pool for youth policy and will receive support in the implementation of their projects. In total, more than 70 thousand people from 79 regions of the country took part in the competition— the Head of Crimea shared and wished Anatoly Semenkov successful implementation of projects and grateful students.
According to Sergei Aksenov, mentors are an important pillar of the system of civil-patriotic education in Russia.
They are the ones who help young people find the right guidelines in life. This is not just a transfer of knowledge and skills, it is a deep human interaction based on trust, respect and mutual enrichment — considers the Head of the Republic.
